The best way to understand how I design custom retreats and ceremonies is to understand who I am (see My Story page for more details). An experience with me is an integrated, holistic, diverse way of slowing down, becoming vulnerable and exploring questions. When you work with me, we will paint a picture from the palette of my expertise with as much or little collaboration as you’d like to be involved in. We will clarify our intentions and what ways we would like to explore them… aspects like shamanic journeying, Feldenkrais classes, sacred offerings, mindfulness, creative expressions, games, journaling, discussions, etc are all on the table and it’s up to us how we put together the perfect container for you to integrate and learn with your community. I am also available for speaking engagements and in the past have spoken on balancing the energies of our inner and outer worlds as well as shadow work (repressed emotions and feelings driving our behaviour). A few events are listed below, however due to the nature of private events and speaking engagements the content cannot be listed. Please feel free to contact me for a chat to learn more about how I can best support and/or collaborate with you.

Rage Ritual
May 22, 2022
A rage ritual is a sacred space curated to release all of these repressed, subtly or not-so-subtly, emotions that are holding us back. It’s a space to share our vulnerabilities, our angst, our anger – feel it to it’s fullest – and then transform it into something else. I’d say something beautiful, but anger can be beautiful when we consciously choose to allow and embody it and we’re not hurting anyone (including ourselves). As we come together as a community we allow our full selves to be seen and heard and then release that emotional charge that has a hold on us. Then we choose how we want to use our energy instead.
